Cozy Rain Cover with Smart Foot Pocket

This rain cover for wheelchair users is made from waterproof blue polyester. Featuring sealed seams and a light, soft lining that retains warmth, it fully covers the legs and has a practical foot pocket for optimal protection against damp and cold.
