What Do You Need to Do?
If you find the product cheaper on a Danish website (with a ".dk" domain), simply print the page showcasing the product and bring it into our store. The product must be available—in stock and actually purchasable at the listed price on the respective site. If you wish to use the price guarantee while shopping on our website, just mention in the comment field during checkout that you saw it for xxx kroner, as part of the price guarantee. Then, insert the link to where you found the product, and we’ll match the price!
When Does the Price Guarantee Apply?
The price guarantee applies to all .dk domains and for all items of the same model, color, size, and version, as long as these are in stock and can be purchased on the respective site. Our price guarantee is valid for 14 days from the purchase date. The guarantee does not apply if the item is specially ordered for you and not part of our regular stock, or if the item is advertised as “limited stock,” “queue offer,” or "closing sale." The price guarantee also doesn’t apply to "members-only offers" that require a membership fee to purchase the item at the offered price.
We reserve the right for typos, out-of-stock items, supplier delivery errors, and delayed shipping of online orders during sales and campaign periods.
Note: The price guarantee cannot be combined with discount codes, club discounts, and/or other discount agreements. Here, the item can be bought at the lowest of the two prices.
